The sexual antics are out of control on Biscayne Bay as Nick and Gina's prostitution ring makes bank on the water catering to their clientele of high rollers and VIP's. But sexy policewoman Nikki Benz, as Special Agent 69, is up to the task when she is called upon to infiltrate the nefarious den of iniquity. First she soothes fellow cop JD's nerves with sex in the movie opener. She then has to prove her mettle as Gina turns up the heat and seduces her in some lesbian lust on her fancy yacht. Meanwhile Gina and Krystal are going at it on the luxury boat with their pimp and customers in this tale of intrique all leading to a wild ending in sexy Miami.
